Job Summary: The primary role is to ensure the accuracy and quality of microbiological and physicochemical analysis results, performing analyses on raw materials and finished products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the accuracy and quality of microbiological and physicochemical analyses. 2. Perform analyses of raw materials and finished products. 3. Collaborate in coordination with external teams. **Job Description** ---------------------- Its mission is to ensure the accuracy and quality of microbiological and physicochemical analysis results. Conduct microbiological, physicochemical, and sensory analyses of raw materials and produced finished products. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience conducting microbiological analyses in food. * Degree holder and licensed in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Certified ISO 17025 training course. * Experience in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Knowledge of Regulation No. 591. * Experience coordinating with external teams. * Report writing and issuance. * Availability to work 100% onsite in Huachipa on a 6x1 schedule.
