Metalworking Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Metalworking Operator to fabricate, assemble, and paint metal parts, applying knowledge of welding and industrial metalworking. Key Highlights: 1. Preferred: Technical studies in Metalworking, Welding, Industrial Maintenance, Production Mechanics, or related fields. **Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial metalworking, cabinet fabrication, supports, metal structures, or cutting and forming of parts. Preferred experience in assembling electric transformer tanks. Experience operating electric and bench tools. Preferred experience in electrostatic painting processes. **Knowledge** * Cutting, bending, punching, and drilling of metal sheets. * Operation of metalworking machines: shear, bending machine, bench drill, grinder, among others. * Electric arc, MIG, or TIG welding. * Reading mechanical drawings and using measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, square). * Surface preparation for electrostatic painting, assembly and fitting of metal parts. * Safety standards for work involving electric tools and welding. **Competencies** Manual dexterity and precision in work. Adherence to technical instructions and quality standards. Responsibility, organization, and punctuality. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform fabrication and assembly tasks for metal parts used in cabinets, structures, and supports. * Carry out cutting, drilling, bending, welding, and other metal manufacturing processes. * Paint metal parts using the electrostatic painting process. Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
