Job Summary: You will provide general support to the Procurement Department, including tracking KPIs, administrative assistance, process automation, and generating reports for the team. Opportunity in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail companies **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support across various general tasks, including tracking and management for the Procurement Department. * Track KPI compliance. * Provide administrative and follow-up support to the Procurement team. * Support process automation. * Generate necessary reports for the department. * Conduct analysis and other tasks for the Procurement department. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Intermediate Power BI proficiency (mandatory) * Knowledge of automation/implementation using AI and Copilot * Prior experience in Procurement/Purchasing is desirable, especially within FMCG or retail companies.
