**Position: PVC Card Operator**

**We are seeking passionate talents to:**
Manufacture PVC Cards, executing all area processes to verify and ensure quality and compliance with all required specifications.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
1\. Record your daily activities in the production log for the various processes under your responsibility.
2\. Perform machine adjustments and cleaning.
3\. Prepare and report production and waste controls per process.
4\. Report production process failures.
5\. Replace defective materials.
6\. Comply with safety and confidentiality standards for processed products.
7\. Support production activities in the Valuables area as directed by your immediate supervisor and based on production workload.
8\. Know and comply with the company’s established management systems—including Policies, Procedures, Standards, Controls, etc.—applicable to your position.
9\. Report any incidents or deviations you become aware of that may affect the organization’s management systems.
10\. Strictly comply with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST) and Safe Work Procedures (PETS).
11\. Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company throughout your work shift.
12\. Conduct pre-use inspection (checklist) of machinery or tools under your responsibility before starting work and maintain the daily log.
13\. Immediately inform your immediate supervisor of any incident, accident, near-miss, or unsafe condition/act detected in the work area.
14\. Keep your work area clean and organized (5S methodology) to prevent trips, falls, or operational interference.
15\. Actively participate in trainings, medical examinations, 5-minute safety talks, and drills organized by the company.
16\. Exercise your right to stop work immediately upon detecting an imminent danger to your safety or that of others, reporting it without delay.
17\. Perform other related or complementary duties as instructed by your immediate supervisor.

* Minimum 3-month experience as a Production Operator, Manual Inspector, Quality Control Operator, or similar roles.
* Availability to work at the ATE branch (near Santa Anita Mall).

Salary: S/.1,900.00 – S/.1,950.00 per month
