Management of senior-level stakeholders, including managerial and vice-presidential roles **Senior Project Manager – Strategic Project** We are currently seeking a **Senior Project Manager** to comprehensively lead a high-impact strategic project within the financial sector. The role will involve cross-functional interaction with departments including **Data \& Analytics, Risk, Retail, Technology, and other involved areas**, and will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, execution, monitoring, and achievement of project objectives. A strong profile is required, with solid management capabilities, results orientation, and experience engaging with **senior-level stakeholders, department heads, and vice-presidents**. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Define and control the roadmap, scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. * Coordinate cross-functionally with teams from Data \& Analytics, Risk, Retail, Technology, and other involved areas. * Manage high-level stakeholders and ensure alignment across different departments. * Prepare and present progress updates, KPIs, risks, deviations, and action plans to executive committees. * Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers. * Lead working groups and monitoring committees. * Manage changes in scope, priorities, and requirements during execution. * Ensure traceability of decisions, commitments, and deliverables. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from business, technology, data, and vendors. * Ensure compliance with established methodologies, governance processes, and standards. * Maintain clear and ongoing executive communication regarding project status. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or in similar roles. * Experience leading strategic, cross-functional, and highly complex projects. * Experience managing senior-level stakeholders, department heads, and/or vice-presidents. * Experience in projects involving business, technology, and/or data components. * Experience managing schedules, risks, dependencies, scope, budget, and vendors. * Experience in banking, financial services, or organizations with high organizational complexity. * Knowledge of traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies. * Proficiency with tools such as **Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps**, or similar. **Desirable** * Experience in projects related to **Data \& Analytics, Risk, digital transformation, or commercial/Retail initiatives**. * Understanding of financial sector operations and processes. * Certification in **PMP, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe**, or similar. **Conditions** * **Location:** Peru. * **Work Modality:** Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. * **Contract Type:** Renewable.
