Position Summary: Responsible for leading strategic management, objective tracking, and continuous process improvement to support the cooperative's growth. Key Highlights: 1. Promote initiatives for continuous improvement and process optimization At Cooperativa de Servicios Múltiples San Jorge Ltda., we are seeking a Planning and Processes Manager responsible for leading institutional strategic management, organizational objective tracking, and continuous process improvement, contributing to the cooperative's growth and strengthening. Main Responsibilities * Formulate, coordinate, and monitor the Institutional Strategic Plan. * Develop, implement, and monitor the Annual Operational Plan (POA). * Coordinate with various departments to define objectives, targets, and management indicators. * Conduct periodic tracking of institutional target achievement and propose improvement actions and corrective measures as appropriate. * Develop, update, and maintain the Institutional Process Map. * Promote initiatives for continuous improvement, process optimization, and administrative simplification. * Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for different organizational areas. * Coordinate the development, updating, and control of institutional management documents, such as: organizational chart, Manual of Organization and Functions (MOF), procedure manuals, directives, internal regulations, and other normative documents. * Participate in digital transformation, process automation, and institutional modernization projects. * Prepare management reports and present results to support senior leadership decision-making. * Other duties inherent to the position as assigned. Requirements * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Specialization in Process Management, Strategic Planning, Quality Management, or related areas. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, leading or managing strategic planning processes within financial sector entities, such as banks, municipal savings banks, rural savings banks, finance companies, or savings and credit cooperatives. * Knowledge of process management, indicator development, strategic planning, and document management. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Analytical ability, leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation.
