On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting personnel to fill the position of: **Cleaning Assistants/Operators (Reten/Volante/Descansero)** for districts in ***South Zone/North Zone/East Zone.*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in related positions (production operators, cleaning staff, maintenance personnel). * Availability to work in various districts of Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday on day, afternoon, or night shifts (as required). * Full and immediate availability. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cleaning and organizing the workplace facilities. * Maintaining the area clean and orderly. * Proper use of cleaning materials and equipment. * Reporting any issues or material shortages to the supervisor. * Other duties inherent to the position. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Market-competitive salary (S/. 1,500 gross monthly salary) * Timely salary payments * Fixed schedule, fixed Sundays and holidays off. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * SCTR and Mandatory Life Insurance. * Pleasant working environment. * Career path opportunities. **COMPETENCIES** * Attention and concentration. * Respect. * Honesty.
