Job Summary: We are seeking a GENERAL ASSISTANT for Callao, focused on cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of areas and utensils in a catering environment. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with cleaning and disinfection standards. 2. Maintenance of equipment and area order. 3. Waste management and dishwashing. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in Air Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services, covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality in the latter. We are looking for a **GENERAL ASSISTANT** for Callao. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience. * Reside in Callao or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning in assigned areas, complying with established standards. * Carry out cleaning and disinfection tasks for assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Maintain order of assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Collect waste from assigned areas. * Scrape food residue from trays. Separate food waste and liquids from tableware.
