Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Technician to assist in routine procedures, support material preparation, and deliver high-quality patient care. Key Highlights: 1. Provide high-quality care to patients and their family members Transnational IBT GROUP is currently recruiting for 01 **NURSING TECHNICIAN (Primary Care)** position at our Alberto Barton Polyclinic; therefore, we invite all qualified professionals meeting the requirements to apply. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in routine nursing procedures and techniques under the supervision of the on-duty nurse. * Support the preparation of materials and equipment used for patient care across various departments. * Collaborate in maintaining order and cleanliness within the service area. * Support scheduled nursing activities for patients and their families. * Deliver high-quality care to patients and, where applicable, to their family members. * Assist in specimen collection and transport specimens to the laboratory. * Support the completion of immunization and TB records during patient care. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements * Certified Nursing Technician * Training programs in TB, CRED, and immunizations (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitals, clinics, or health centers (mandatory) * Diplomas / Courses in CPR and first aid * Availability to work in Callao (Alberto Barton Polyclinic) * Experience in primary care * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (6 hours per day) * Documented CV Benefits * Payroll enrollment from the first day of employment * Statutory benefits We are an inclusive company that promotes equal employment opportunities.
