We are looking for a **Night Shift Plant Supervisor** for our production plant located in Huachipa. This key position reports directly to the Plant Manager and serves as their right-hand person, assuming leadership responsibilities, coordinating resources, and making operational decisions during the night shift. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Prior proven experience in production supervision **specifically in the Wide Format sector**. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic/intermediate understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies. * **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, team management, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities under pressure. * **Availability:** Full availability to work in **Huachipa** on a fixed **Night Shift schedule**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Efficiently supervise, coordinate, and allocate shift resources (personnel, machinery, and materials) according to schedules. * Verify proper operation of printing machines and coordinate immediate actions in case of failures or incidents. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and safety regulations (BPM). * Lead the team by promoting order, discipline, safety, and teamwork. * Monitor production KPIs and efficient use of consumables to minimize waste. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration upon evaluation. * Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company. * Excellent working environment and job stability.
