According to the **Tender Terms**, interested applicants must **demonstrate compliance with the required professional profile and experience for each position**, as detailed below: * ***RESIDENT ENGINEER*** *\- Civil Engineer* **4 years of experience** in construction execution and/or supervision**:\* Road, port, and related works \- Port infrastructure or Fishing infrastructure.** Holding the position of\*: Resident Engineer \- Resident \- Resident Project Director \- Resident Works Manager. * ***PRODUCTION ENGINEER*** *\- Civil Engineer* **2 years of experience** in construction execution and/or supervision**:\* Road, port, and related works \- Port infrastructure or Fishing infrastructure.** Holding the position of\*: Specialist Engineer in costs, quantity surveying, valuation, and scheduling \- Cost, budgeting, and construction scheduling engineer \- Specialist in quantity surveying, costs, budgeting, and scheduling. * ***QUALITY SPECIALIST*** *\- Civil Engineer* **2 years of experience** in construction execution and/or supervision**:\* Road, port, and related works \- Port infrastructure or Fishing infrastructure.** Holding the position of\*: Specialist Engineer in quality control and assurance and/or Quality Specialist. * ***STRUCTURAL SPECIALIST*** *\- Civil Engineer* **3 years of experience** in construction execution and/or supervision**:\* Road, port, and related works \- Port infrastructure or Fishing infrastructure.** Holding the position of\*: Structural specialist engineer and/or structural specialist.
