Opportunity for professional development and career progression **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with more than 4 years of professional registration. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Resident Construction Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Resident Construction Engineer on infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, PowerCost, AutoCAD, and BIM methodology. * Knowledge of project planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. * Experience in civil works and infrastructure projects. * Familiarity with PMBOK, BIM, Lean Construction, and the Last Planner System. * Willingness to work in CALLAO. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise fieldwork execution, reporting progress to respective supervisors. * Conduct physical and economic monitoring and control of the project. * Prepare work valuations for the client and subcontractors. * Prepare, monitor, and justify project change orders (additions and deductions). * Ensure compliance with project standards regarding quality, scope, schedule, and safety. * Optimize the use of equipment, tools, and human resources. * Plan and coordinate activities of site personnel and subcontractors. * Supervise the quality and quantity of materials used in construction. * Submit periodic progress reports and notify any deviations. * Manage material requisitions and prepare technical and administrative reports related to the project. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Labor benefits under the Microenterprise Regime. * Pleasant working environment. * Integration meetings. * Opportunity for professional development and career progression.
