Collaborative and professional work environment Treasury Assistant A growing industrial company is looking for a Treasury Assistant responsible for supporting the department’s financial and administrative operations, ensuring timely execution and control of accounting and banking processes. Job Objective Support daily treasury management, guaranteeing the recording, control, and tracking of income, expenses, and payments, thereby contributing to compliance with financial policies and operational order within the department. Key Responsibilities Control and record income and expenses in banks and cash. Perform bank reconciliations and verify scheduled transfers or payments. Prepare payment orders and upload files to banking portals. Support accounting operations and treasury reporting. Maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of financial vouchers and documents. Record petty cash movements, expense reports, and reimbursements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure payment process compliance. Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Key Competencies Organization and attention to detail. Requirements Requirements **Education:** University student or graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in treasury, accounting, or billing. **Knowledge:** Bank reconciliations and payment scheduling. Banking platforms and tax documentation. Intermediate Excel skills (including Macros) and basic Power BI knowledge (desirable).
