Respond to incidents promptly and efficiently **Job Objective:** Maintain company facilities in optimal working condition by swiftly and efficiently addressing daily repair, finishing, and basic service requirements. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education; technical certification completed. (Preferred fields: Electricity, Construction, Plumbing, Welding, or related disciplines) \- Minimum 1 year of experience in general services: infrastructure and finishing works, painting, electrical installations, plumbing, welding, minor maintenance and repairs of doors, locks, etc. (Mandatory) \- Strong organizational, planning, responsibility, and punctuality skills. \- Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. \- No police, criminal, or judicial records. (Mandatory) \- Preferably reside in San Luis or nearby areas. \- Availability to work on-site at offices located in the district of San Luis. (Mandatory) \- Immediate availability **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Support improvements and renovations within the facility. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. \- Carry out electrical and plumbing repairs, as well as minor construction tasks. \- Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents and facility issues. \- Properly manage, preserve, and use assigned tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring correct storage, basic maintenance, and safe operating conditions. \- Timely report incidents, recurring failures, unsafe conditions, or needs for replacement and improvement identified during operations, following formal channels established by the department. \- Comply with internal occupational safety and health regulations, internal labor regulations, code of ethics, quality management system, and current institutional regulations. **Competencies:** \- Safety culture (self-care). \- Proactivity and problem-solving. \- Attention to detail, order, and cleanliness. \- Honesty and trustworthiness. \- Assertive communication. \- Teamwork. \- Stress tolerance.
