




Job Summary: Support production control and monitoring, process mapping and documentation, technical management of requirements, and continuous improvement, using engineering tools and analytical thinking. Support in continuous operational improvement Operational Functions and Responsibilities Assist in production control and monitoring: Monitor activity flow on the shop floor or in the warehouse to ensure compliance with the daily schedule. Process mapping and documentation: Support the development of flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and updates to work methods. KPI and technical metrics control: Collect field data for calculating efficiency indicators (OEE), productivity, and scrap rates. Technical requirements management: Input and technical validation of customer orders in the control system. Cost and budget analysis: Preparation of detailed technical quotations specifying materials, labor, and estimated time. Inventory and supply management: Coordinate with the warehouse regarding input availability and shipment scheduling to prevent stockouts. Support in Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose technical adjustments using tools such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Pareto charts. Preparation of Technical Reports: Consolidate field information to prepare monthly performance reports and status reports for each client. Technical Competencies and Skills Proficiency in Engineering Tools: Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, logical formulas) and ability to read technical drawings or diagrams (basic AutoCAD is desirable). Analytical Thinking: Ability to transform raw production data into actionable insights for decision-making. Quality Management: Basic knowledge of safety regulations, occupational health, and quality standards. Execution Capability: Orientation toward swiftly resolving technical issues on the shop floor or plant floor. Technical Communication: Ability to interact with warehouse/plant operators and translate their needs into management-level language for supervisors.
