Coordinate teams and resources in confidential projects **Date:** May 18, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Analyze and manage strategic projects of the subsidiaries and continuous improvement projects for services and processes of the Registry-to-Report Management under the Directorate of Technology and Transformation, in order to propose and coordinate end\-to\-end solutions considering methodology, resources, technology, and other factors; ensuring efficient and effective management aligned with company standards. Maximize service level agreements (SLAs) for our internal customers to meet their needs and expectations.**What will you do in your role?** * Participate in the planning, execution, and closure of strategic and confidential projects (M\&A, Take Over, RTR initiatives), coordinating teams and resources. * Coordinate with work teams, enable users functionally, and address stakeholder requirements by delivering solutions and identifying process improvements in accounting. * Administer and supervise the accounting close schedule and supporting documentation, managing close-related incidents (PaPM). * Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation and optimization of financial processes, supervising control systems. * Develop and administer SLA metrics, lead MIC meetings, and manage agreements with effective follow-up. * Establish and maintain internal communication channels with leaders and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. **What do we need from you?** * Prior experience in continuous improvement or process areas. * Experience supporting finance or accounting departments. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency. * Proficiency in Python. * Proficiency in Power BI. * Proficiency in SQL. * Proficiency in Power Apps. * SAP knowledge is desirable.
