We are hiring **01 Automotive Mechanical Technician** for Comas with immediate availability. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Must reside in Comas **(mandatory)**. * Automotive or hydraulic mechanic technician. * Valid driver's license preferred. * Strong work ethic and willingness to work. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. * Manage the vehicle fleet, analyze quotations, and issue reports. * Assign available vehicles to installation technicians. * Conduct satellite monitoring, accident/incident control, and reporting for insurance policy application. * Consolidate national fuel consumption reports. * Perform diagnostics on equipment requiring repair. * Plan vehicle fleet maintenance. * Collect data from the entire fleet to carry out optimization and efficiency tasks. * Detect incidents (e.g., mechanical failures, accidents, traffic jams) and provide tools to resolve them in real time. * Supervise vehicle condition to anticipate maintenance sessions in advance. * Monitor drivers’ driving behavior and verify compliance with all applicable regulations, e.g., driving hours or rest periods. * Monitor transport drivers’ driving hours and ensure tachograph records are correctly compiled and processed. * Supervise Hours of Service (HOS), Electronic Logging Devices (ELD), and other regulatory requirements to ensure all drivers operate in full compliance. * Record fuel consumption per vehicle, enabling identification of inefficient usage patterns and implementation of corrective measures. * Detect unexpected variations in fuel consumption, which may indicate mechanical issues or inappropriate behavior, such as fuel theft. * Provide detailed reports on various aspects of fleet management; e.g., vehicle performance, driver behavior, fuel consumption, and operational costs. * Apply advanced analytical techniques to forecast future issues and improvement opportunities, thereby facilitating proactive decision-making. * Register and monitor route sheets and other institutional vehicle control records. * Organize and provide transportation services for institutional staff required to perform their duties.
