Environment that values efficiency and continuous improvement **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Strong communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team * Adaptability to new work environments * Passion for customer service * Motivation for self-improvement * Availability to work according to the following schedule: * Mon-Fri 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm **Responsibilities:** * Perform office cleaning. * Deliver exceptional service to our customers so they can focus on becoming better. * Ensure our customers experience superior cleaning beyond their expectations. * Complete all tasks on time with maximum efficiency. * Collaborate with all team members to continuously improve our service experience. * Work with the Quality Control team to deliver an outstanding cleaning experience. * Daily activities include, but are not limited to: leaving floors spotless, taking out the trash, organizing desks, preparing meeting rooms, cleaning restrooms, and washing dishes. * Benefits from MYPE * Bi-weekly payments Earnings: Base salary S/.700 + Bonuses S/.50 + Statutory benefits + Career path Employment type: Part-time Salary: Starting at S/.700.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
