JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: **Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position or 1 year in similar roles.** **Graduate of a technical program, university bachelor's degree, or graduate in industrial electricity, industrial electronics, industrial electrotechnics, and/or related technical careers.** RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage client emergency requests from initiation through execution \- Perform related or additional tasks assigned by immediate supervisor \- Maintain effective communication with clients \- Conduct store inspection reports \- Coordinate work assignments and working days with supervisors \- Verify materials required for each project, both electrical and painting \- Monitor real-time progress of ongoing work \- Evaluate individual and group performance of technicians \- Resolve issues that technicians cannot solve \- Provide constructive feedback for improved job performance \- Solve any operational problems that may arise with clients \- Report problems and work progress to immediate supervisor \- Carry out maintenance reports to meet internal G\&R standards and client requirements \- Prepare completion reports for work orders performed \- Comply with internal company regulations specified in the Internal Work Regulations \- Comply with G\&R's SSMA standards specified in the Safety, Health, and Environment Regulations Desirable training in: \- Projects (Project Management – PMI; Project Life Cycle; Project Management Processes (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing); Project Management Knowledge Areas (Scope, Time, Cost, Quality); Project Structure (EPS, OBS, WBS); Project Documentation (WPS); Project Scope Definition). \- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook): Basic level desirable \- Software Project \- Software AutoCAD \- Blueprint reading Driver's license desirable WE OFFER: **Payroll inclusion from the first day of work (MYPE)** Salary negotiable. **Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments.** Pleasant work environment.
