We are looking for a **VP of Capital Markets** to lead the management and deepening of a transactional and securities-oriented client portfolio, connecting market opportunities with investment solutions that generate value for our clients and our business. **Job Mission** Comprehensively manage a Capital Markets client portfolio by identifying clients’ investment needs and transforming tactical ideas generated by Strategy, Research, and Advisory teams into clear, timely, and actionable recommendations. This role is responsible for supporting the entire investment lifecycle—from opportunity identification and proposal presentation through execution, monitoring, and trade closure—while fostering long-term business relationships, sound risk management, and sustainable revenue generation. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and develop a Capital Markets client portfolio, understanding clients’ objectives, risk profiles, and investment needs. * Translate tactical investment ideas into concrete and actionable proposals for clients under coverage. * Identify investment opportunities aligned with each client’s profile, experience, and objectives. * Prepare and present investment recommendations, explaining investment theses, opportunities, risks, and associated scenarios. * Coordinate with trading desks and operational areas to ensure proper execution of clients’ investment decisions. * Monitor the performance of implemented recommendations and promptly communicate changes in market conditions. * Track commercial metrics, revenues, client activity, and adoption of investment ideas. * Gather and relay market and client feedback to Strategy, Research, and Advisory teams to strengthen our value proposition. **✅ Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * More than 8 years of experience in capital markets, capital markets risk advisory, or investment banking. * Master’s degree in Finance and/or CFA Charterholder certification preferred. * Knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and investment advisory. * Advanced proficiency in Bloomberg and Excel. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Valid formal certifications qualifying the candidate before the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL) and/or the Securities Market Superintendency (SMV). * Strong negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and results-oriented capabilities. **This job posting is also open to persons with disabilities.**
