Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor

Position Summary: Supervises and manages warehouse logistics, distribution, and procurement for projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, costs, and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end warehouse and logistics management for projects. 2. Negotiation and supplier management to secure better terms. 3. SAP usage for tracking movements and purchase orders. Requirements: \-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / related fields \-Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management and 2 years in leadership roles within logistics and procurement departments of project-executing companies. \-ERP systems (SAP Hana) \-Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, and cost control. Main Responsibilities: \-Supervise third-party managed warehouse services and monitor adherence to agreed service levels. \-Distribute goods to customers and projects, meeting committed delivery dates and project supply schedules. \-Meet local-sourced material supply schedules for projects (pipes, PVC fittings, pumps, panels, tanks, and manifolds), strictly complying with specifications, costs, and deadlines. \-Obtain quotations from local suppliers and negotiate to achieve optimal conditions regarding price, quality, payment terms, and delivery time, while staying within the project budget. \-Generate Purchase Orders in SAP based on proformas and terms agreed upon with selected suppliers. Track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival. \-Coordinate with Treasury for advance payments to suppliers, as applicable. \-Record all inbound and outbound goods movements in SAP across all company warehouses, including project-specific warehouses. \-Conduct closing inventory at the end of each project and jointly issue a discrepancy report with the assigned Project Manager. \-Continuously expand the local goods and transportation service supplier base, documenting evaluation criteria in the approved supplier list.
