Integration into a specialized team in banking financial services We are looking for a \*Credit Back Office Assistant\* to join our team and contribute to the proper execution of financial operations for major banking institutions in the country. We are ALVCOM, a company specializing in the outsourcing of financial services, composed of professionals with extensive experience in banking, commercial, and service sectors. Currently, we work with BANBIF, BCP, INTERBANK, and BBVA. Requirements: \* Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. \* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Back Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar roles in the financial sector. \* Knowledge of financial and intangible products. \* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: \* Evaluate credit applications according to established policies and guidelines. \* Prepare financial reports, management indicators, and control dashboards. \* Perform entry, tracking, and control of credit operations. \* Manage the process through post-disbursement. \* Ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize risks in the credit process.
