In this opportunity, we are looking for an **Online Operations Teller** to join the team of **Jet Perú**, a market-leading and benchmark company in remittances and financial services. If you are detail-oriented, well-organized, and have experience in balance reconciliation and banking platform management, this challenge is for you! Main Responsibilities: * **Remittance Processing:** Download, verify, and execute credit orders to bank accounts via financial institutions’ web portals. * **Cash Control and Reconciliation:** Review teller transaction reconciliation (at least three times daily) to ensure amounts debited from company accounts exactly match credits issued to customers. * **Information Custody:** Safeguard and maintain order of payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, letters, and emails related to customer transactions. * **Incident Handling:** Resolve complaints promptly or immediately escalate them to the Complaints Handling Unit. * **Daily Closing:** Perform end-of-day balancing, sign cash vouchers upon receiving or handing over cash authorizations, and coordinate with the Supervising Teller while adhering to current cash limits. Minimum Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in similar teller roles within the financial, banking, remittance, or mass retail sectors. * Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Immediate availability for full-time work in the San Isidro district. Employment Conditions and Benefits: * **Compensation:** Monthly salary of S/ 1,400\. * **Formal Employment:** Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits under the **General Regime**. * **Stability:** Formal, renewable contract with a solid and continuously growing company. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday (fulfilling the legal requirement of 48 weekly hours). * **Work Location:** Corporate office located centrally and in a highly secure area in San Isidro.
