Responsibility and punctuality in performance Collections Executive – Coppel Campaign Job Description We are currently seeking experienced collections personnel to join the Coppel campaign, managing collection portfolios across various stages: early-stage, mid-stage, and charged-off accounts. This is an on-site position suited for individuals with strong communication skills, responsibility, punctuality, and learning orientation. Responsibilities * Conduct collection activities via voice calls. * Manage collection portfolios according to assigned stage: * Early-stage: 3 to 6 months. * Mid-stage: 6 months to 1 year. * Charged-off: from 1 year up to judicial stage, up to 1.5 years. * Meet established productivity targets for the campaign. Requirements * Age between 18 and 50 years. * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work on-site. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude and learning orientation. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Basic computer skills preferred. * For foreign nationals: valid passport and migration documentation. Working Conditions * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Calle Mirtos 129, Lince. * Weekly working hours: 42 hours. * Target nationality: Mexican. * Immediate start without on-the-job training (OJT). * Peruvian and Mexican public holidays observed. Work Schedule * Monday to Saturday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM\. * Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM\. * Working days: Monday to Sunday. * Rest day: rotating (Saturday or Sunday). Compensation and Benefits * Base salary: S/ 1,230\. * Mobility bonus: S/ 200\. * Productivity bonus: unlimited. * Career growth opportunity starting from the third month. Training * Training modality: Remote. * Duration: 4 days. * Training schedule: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM\. * Attendance: Monday to Saturday. * Daily training stipend: S/ 30\. * Total training compensation: S/ 120\.
