We are looking for Your Talent as JUNIOR COOK / causas – chicharrones **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical training in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the culinary industry (cevicherías). * Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPM). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (rotating days off). * Knowledge of seafood products: selection, freshness, and seasonality. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the brand’s quality and presentation standards. * Verify the quality of ingredients and pre-cooking production. * Execute mise en place and keep your station organized. * Handle utensils and ingredients correctly. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area according to established protocols. * Request necessary supplies to ensure adequate inventory. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Covered meals. * Uniform provided. * Corporate discounts starting from the 3rd month. * Punctuality bonuses. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. **We’re excited to meet you...!** Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please state your age and current district of residence. * How long have you worked in cevicherías?
