Position Summary: We are seeking proactive Promoters to promote confectionery products in markets and warehouses, conducting product sampling and resolving customer queries to drive sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote and raise awareness of confectionery products in the traditional channel. 2. Interact directly with customers to boost sales. 3. Participate in order follow-up and resolution of inquiries. Our client is a well-known confectionery company in the labor market, currently seeking Promoters to work in the traditional channel (markets and warehouses), preferably residing in the same city. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the traditional channel as a promoter, sampler, or taste tester. * Experience in direct customer interaction. * Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. * Availability to work from 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Visit established points of sale. * Introduce and promote product sales. * Conduct product sampling and address customer questions to enhance brand awareness. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. * Follow up on customer orders and verify order details. * Escalate inquiries, complaints, and returns to immediate supervisors and respective departments. * Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * **Monthly Compensation: S/1430 (S/1130 base + S/300 mobility allowance)** * **Payments issued via honorarium receipts.** * Campaign duration: 6 months up to 1 year. * Pleasant working environment.
