We are looking for Your Talent as JUNIOR COOK / causas – chicharrones **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical training in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the gastronomic industry (cevicherías) * Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) standards * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (rotating days off) * Knowledge of seafood products: selection, freshness, and seasonality. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the brand’s quality and presentation standards. * Verify ingredient quality and pre-cooking production. * Execute mise en place and keep your station organized. * Handle utensils and ingredients properly. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area according to protocols. * Request necessary supplies to ensure adequate stock. * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal payroll enrollment from day one * Covered meals * Uniform * Corporate discounts starting from the 3rd month * Punctuality bonuses * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments **We’re excited to meet you...!** Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your age and current district of residence * How long have you worked in cevicherías?
