Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to drive the sustainable development and growth of a category, managing suppliers and optimizing the customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Category development and achievement of sales and margin KPIs. 2. Supplier negotiation and new assortment development. 3. Opportunity for professional growth in a positive work environment. **Job Description** ---------------------- Grow the business sustainably and profitably over time. 1\. Develop the assigned category, ensuring achievement of sales, margin, and contribution KPIs. 2\. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure sales and stock availability. 3\. Develop product images, technical specifications, and in-page content to ensure optimal customer navigation and enhance the Conversion Rate with suppliers (1P). 4\. Develop new assortment (1P \- in-stock and green-sale products). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Analytical profile with strong numerical skills. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience in negotiation is desirable.
