Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, managing, and controlling production costs, ensuring valuation and deviation analysis for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of production costs. 2. Contribution to decision-making and continuous improvement. 3. Monitoring and control of production ratios. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Advanced-level Excel proficiency. \- Basic-level Power BI proficiency. \- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost and budgeting roles within production plants. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or administrative support functions related to production management. Main Responsibility: Plan, manage, and control the production costs of the assigned Business Unit, ensuring accurate cost allocation, valuation, deviation analysis, generation of management reports, and process standardization; thereby supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of the costing system and ERP.
