Job Summary:
Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental regulations to minimize risks and safeguard worker safety.

3. Accident and Incident Investigation
QHSE SUPERVISOR \- OQUENDO
Supervise compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental regulations to minimize potential risks and hazards within the company, safeguarding the safety of all workers.
FUNCTIONS
Develop Safe Work Analyses (SWA) to reduce unsafe conditions during operational and/or administrative tasks.
Conduct and adhere to the training schedule on IMS, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment for company employees and third-party personnel, as required.
Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents affecting the comprehensive safety of workers and the company's assets.
Schedule and conduct Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental inspections.
Participate in the preparation of the Annual Safety Plan, IPER, and Risk Map.
Prepare and complete work permits.
Perform any other related duties assigned within the scope of competence.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields
**Knowledge in:** Firefighter and/or paramedic roles; Comprehensive Safety; Industrial Safety; First Aid; Firefighting; Occupational Health and/or Environmental Impact Management
Familiarity with Law No. 29783 on Safety
Firefighter certification preferred (mandatory requirement)
Knowledge of standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 39001:2012
Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor.
Willingness to work in OQUENDO and travel to provinces for project assignments.
