Excellent work environment within a growing company. Maintenance Assistant \| Don Salazar Coffee We are a specialty coffee chain with locations across Lima. We believe an exceptional customer experience begins long before serving a cup of coffee: it starts with equipment in optimal condition, safe stores, and uninterrupted operations. We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to guarantee operational continuity across our stores, execute preventive maintenance, and promptly and efficiently address incidents. Main Responsibilities * Execute the preventive maintenance schedule for coffee machines, equipment, and infrastructure across all locations. * Address corrective incidents according to severity level and defined response times. * Manage inventory of pivot machines and coordinate their dispatch in case of critical failures. * Monitor validity periods of ITSE certifications, operating licenses, and safety certifications, issuing advance renewal alerts. * Record every intervention performed to keep operational data up to date. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for spare parts procurement and specialized repair execution. Requirements * Technician graduate or certified in Electromechanics, Maintenance, Refrigeration, Electricity, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance. * Prior experience in food service, retail, or HORECA sectors is desirable. * Knowledge of coffee machines, electrical systems, refrigeration, and ITSE regulations. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Organizational skills, autonomy, and willingness to travel between our stores in Lima.
