National Procurement Analyst | Callao **Grupo Hidráulica** is looking for a **National Procurement Analyst** to join our Operations team at our **Callao** office. We seek a professional with experience in **procurement, supply management, and supplier management**, strong analytical skills, and negotiation capabilities to contribute to cost optimization, supply assurance, and enhanced national supplier management. What will you do? * Manage **national procurement and tendering processes**, negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Evaluate, develop, and participate in the **qualification of national suppliers**, considering quality, technical capability, and financial capacity. * Analyze cost structures and identify **cost-saving (Savings)** and procurement optimization opportunities. * Assess opportunities for **consolidating purchase volumes** and alternatives to mitigate supply shortage risks. * Manage and escalate critical supplier claims regarding defective products or service non-compliance, tracking corrective actions. * Review and administer national supply and service contracts. * Process purchase orders assigned by various organizational departments. * Request quotations and prepare **comparative analysis tables**, evaluating price, quality, delivery lead time, and commercial terms. * Monitor supplier delivery performance and promptly manage deviations. * Maintain up-to-date procurement process documentation: quotations, technical specifications, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. * Coordinate with Accounting and Finance for invoice registration and supplier payment scheduling. * Prepare and present **procurement management reports and KPIs**, including price trends, savings achieved, and on-time delivery performance. * Coordinate with service providers to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements prior to facility access. * Comply with procedures and controls established by the **Integrated Management System (IMS)** regarding quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental matters. What are we looking for? * **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields. * Preferred: **Courses or diplomas in Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, or Advanced Negotiation**. * **2–3 years of experience** in procurement, supply, or supplier management roles. * Experience in **managing and evaluating national suppliers**. * Experience in **supplier development and qualification**. * Knowledge of **cost structure analysis**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems**, preferably **SAP Business One (SAP B1\)**. * Advanced **Excel**, including macros, pivot tables, and comparative analysis table creation. * Knowledge of **Power BI** is a plus. * Knowledge or experience with **Artificial Intelligence tools** is a plus. * Basic English proficiency.
