PCP Analyst – Textile Production Planning and Control

Excellent work environment and teamwork. **Join our team!** We are currently looking for a **Production Planning and Control (PCP) Analyst** to join our textile-sector company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the production plan according to demand and customer orders. * Schedule and control production orders, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor daily production progress and identify deviations to implement corrective actions. * Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production flow. * Monitor production capacity and optimize the use of resources, machinery, and personnel. * Prepare management reports and KPIs (plan compliance, productivity, efficiency, and delivery times). * Propose improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing downtime and waste. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP), preferably within textile or garment manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of textile and garment manufacturing processes. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar – preferred). * Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and teamwork skills. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Problem-solving ability. * Cross-departmental coordination capability. * Time management and goal achievement. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional development. * Excellent work environment. * Continuous training. * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
