




Job Summary: We are seeking a People Analytics Analyst with a data focus to design, analyze, and automate HR reports, proposing improvements in data management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and updating of interactive HR indicators dashboards 2. Analysis of data and key metrics for managerial reporting 3. Automation of reporting and information analysis processes We are looking for a **PEOPLE ANALYTICS ANALYST (DATA-FOCUSED)** available to work in **Surquillo** **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Systems, Business Administration, or Human Resources. * 1 to 3 years of experience in roles similar to HR. * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Power BI or Tableau (mandatory) * Database management skills * Knowledge of HR metrics * Preferred: SQL, Python, or automation tools * Residency in areas near Surquillo **Responsibilities:** * Design and update interactive HR indicators dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or other tools). * Prepare managerial reports with data analysis and key metrics. * Analyze and monitor indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, productivity, among others. * Consolidate and clean databases sourced from various systems. * Automate reporting and information analysis processes. * Generate statistical reports and trends to support decision-making. * Present information visually and strategically to management. * Propose improvements in data management and indicator measurement. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:15 pm / Saturdays, 8:45 am to 1:00 pm Salary: Negotiable Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
