Coordinate with warehouse and prepare reports 3. Participate in operational improvements At Scouter, we are seeking a Billing and Dispatch Assistant for an import company, aiming to ensure accurate order management, billing, and dispatch coordination. **What challenges will you face?** * Administer purchase orders on B2B portals * Schedule delivery appointments via retail customer portals * Prepare packing lists and manage shipments * Issue invoices, receipts, and waybills * Record and validate dispatches * Track orders and delivery routes * Handle incidents and undelivered orders * Coordinate with warehouse for order assembly * Prepare reports and indicators (KPIs) * Proficiency in Excel (macros preferred) * Participate in operational improvements **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Graduate in **Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields**. * Experience in **billing, dispatch, logistics, or similar administrative areas** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (macros preferred) * Experience with **B2B portals or similar systems** (preferred) **What do we offer?** * Employment regime: Formal payroll under the General Regime * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm * Location: 100% on-site in San Isidro Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Application questions: * What is your monthly salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have performing duties similar to those described in this posting? * Are you available to work 100% on-site in San Isidro? * What is your Excel proficiency level? * Do you have experience with B2B portals?
