Key ERP administration in purchasing processes We are looking for **female candidates** to fill the position of **Procurement Assistant**, who must perform the following responsibilities: \- Coordinate with operations departments on relevant projects to ensure timely procurement of goods and services. \- Manage relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers meeting quality and price standards. \- Analyze and compare prices, and develop effective procurement strategies to achieve optimal results. \- Administer the ERP system to create and manage purchase orders, ensuring proper execution of purchasing processes. \- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure appropriate receipt and storage of materials and supplies. \- Maintain an updated supplier register and manage cash flow to ensure resource availability. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of procurement experience (preferred). * Basic proficiency in **Excel and ERP systems**. \- **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Carabayllo Interested candidates should submit their CV.
