Requirements * Law degree holder or currently completing the degree (thesis successfully defended). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in this position or similar roles. * Experience in banking institutions, notary offices, or related fields. * Experience in property title examination (mandatory). * Knowledge of notarial and registry procedures. * Knowledge and experience in real estate purchase and sale transactions. Responsibilities * Conduct title examinations and draft mortgage contracts. * Ensure operational quality complies with bank policies. * Manage required documentation for formalizing mortgage loans. * Monitor all process stakeholders (clients, notaries, appraisers, internal departments, etc.). * Maintain up-to-date information in management systems. * Comply with procedures of the Quality Management System and Information Security.
