Job Summary: Responsible for the operational performance and maintenance of equipment and facilities, supervising external services and safety standards in the store. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures the proper operation of equipment and facilities. 2. Supervises maintenance, cleaning, and security services. 3. Controls the use of basic utilities to minimize costs. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the proper functioning and operational readiness of all equipment, facilities, and store infrastructure. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of various external maintenance services (preventive and corrective), cleaning, pest control, air conditioning, elevators, freight elevators, painting, furniture, electrical equipment, cafeteria concessionaires, and others; promptly reporting to Management for required decision-making. Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety procedures by all team members within the area as well as contractors’ personnel. Supervise and control the appropriate use of basic utilities (electricity, water, gas, fuel, etc.) to minimize associated costs. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed technical or university education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. * 1–2 years of experience as a maintenance assistant or in similar roles (including internships). * Basic English proficiency (desirable). * Knowledge of electronics, air conditioning systems, and industrial safety. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of electrical measurement tools (desirable). * Knowledge of general services (desirable). * Availability to work 100% on-site under a 5x2 regime\. * Experience leading teams (desirable). **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
