Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to manage purchase orders, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and analyze products to enhance profitability in the pharmaceutical product distribution business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage purchase orders and track pharmaceutical product orders. 2. Continuously search for alternative products and new suppliers. 3. We invite you to join our team as: **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** RESPONSIBILITIES: · Generate purchase orders and track pharmaceutical product orders. · Continuously search for alternative products and new suppliers. · Manage quotations to ensure the most competitive market conditions. · Monitor purchase orders, sales orders, and deliveries. · Conduct supplier-based product analysis to improve profitability. · Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS · Student/graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related fields. · Experience in procurement within logistics (Desirable). · Minimum 6 months’ experience in procurement for pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, importers, or drugstores. · Strong negotiation, analytical, and pressure-management skills. · Knowledge of pharmaceutical products. · Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word for inventory management and report generation. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** · Proactivity and results orientation. · High level of organization, planning, and analytical ability. · Teamwork, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
