A Multiskilled Technician is a versatile professional responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work across multiple specialties, including electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and equipment and facility maintenance. This position is common in service companies, industrial plants, buildings, shopping centers, and production facilities. Multiskilled Technician Profile Job Profile – Multiskilled Technician Job Objective To perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on infrastructure, facilities, and equipment, ensuring their proper operation, operational safety, and service continuity, while complying with the company's established standards for quality, safety, and environmental protection. Academic Qualifications Technical graduate or certified technician in Electricity, Electromechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical fields. Courses in electrical, sanitary, or infrastructure maintenance (desirable). Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in comprehensive maintenance tasks. Experience in industrial companies, buildings, hospitals, offices, or service-oriented companies (desirable). Knowledge Basic and low-voltage electricity. Plumbing and sanitary networks. Basic carpentry and locksmithing. Masonry and finishing. Infrastructure painting. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Safe use of manual and electric tools. Fundamental Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and infrastructure. Carry out minor electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and basic wiring. Repair water leaks, faucets, pipes, and sanitary accessories. Perform painting, patching, and finishing work. Conduct basic carpentry, locksmithing, and masonry repairs. Install and replace minor accessories or equipment. Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to detect anomalies. Promptly report failures requiring specialized intervention. Maintain orderly and clean work areas.
