The selected candidate will conduct in-home visits to provide technical services and deliver professional customer service. Responsibilities * Diagnose malfunctions in white goods appliances. * Perform repairs and maintenance on washing machines, refrigerators (experience in refrigerant gas charging is valued), dryers, stoves, and other equipment. * Attend company-scheduled technical service appointments. * Inform customers about the status of their equipment and repairs performed. * Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers. * Adhere to the company's quality and service standards. Requirements * Experience in repairing white goods appliances. * Knowledge of fault diagnosis and resolution. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Good interpersonal skills with customers. * Availability to perform in-home services. Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.2,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
