Preference for female candidates. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collect, organize, and record expense and income vouchers. * Analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Knowledge of account dynamics. * Accounting entries for purchases, sales, bank transactions, and accounting provisions for expenses. * Bank reconciliation for income and expenses. * Record petty cash, fixed funds, etc. * Prepare invoices and shipping guides. * Validate purchase vouchers. * Archive and maintain control of accounting documents.
