




Job Summary: MT/BT Operators are required to perform inspections, installations, assemblies, repairs, and maintenance of electrical equipment, including splices, cable laying, and SAB, SAM, and PMI structures. Career Path or Professional Development **MT/BT Operators Required** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform operational verification and checklist of equipment, accessories, and/or work tools. \- Carry out terminal and MT/BT splice installations. \- Conduct energization and voltage tests prior to commencing work. \- Perform assemblies, installations, repairs, and/or maintenance at the SED. \- Conduct cable and equipment testing and installation at the SED. \- Install MT/BT poles. \- Lay self-supporting cables and install panels for SP and AP. \- Install guy wires, switching equipment, and service drops. \- Adapt cabinets and vertical risers. \- Install and equip SAB, SAM, and PMI structures for MT work. \- Open and close MT/BT circuits. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration with all social benefits and insurance coverage. \- Continuous Training. \- Career Path or Professional Development. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education; graduate or technical degree in electricity or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an MT/BT network operator or in similar positions.
