Opportunities for professional development and growth Administrative and Operations Assistant: Drives international operations and contributes to business growth We are currently looking for an organized, analytical, and continuous-improvement-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative and Operations Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to actively participate in the management and coordination of international operations, interacting with teams and suppliers from various countries, and directly contributing to the efficiency and development of our operations in Peru, Chile, Mexico, and Bolivia. What will be your main challenge? Provide administrative and operational support to various business units, ensuring control, monitoring, and optimization of commercial, financial, and logistical processes, thereby contributing to efficient and timely regional operations management. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and update managerial, commercial, and financial reports for decision-making. * Design and maintain management indicators and dashboards for sales, quotations, and operational performance. * Monitor strategic quotations, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement. * Support market research and studies to identify new commercial and procurement opportunities. * Collaborate in controlling and monitoring local and international cash flow. * Coordinate with international suppliers on procurement, documentation, logistics, and shipments. * Track international shipments related to projects in different countries. * Coordinate with support and back-office departments to ensure proper execution of operations. * Document, update, and optimize administrative, commercial, and operational processes. * Propose initiatives that enhance internal controls, productivity, and organizational efficiency. * Other duties related to the position. Requirements Academic Qualifications * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business**, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, commercial, operational, or management roles. Knowledge * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Basic or intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI (preferred). * Knowledge of international trade, international logistics, or information analysis (preferred). * English (intermediate level preferred) Competencies * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Activity tracking and control. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and initiative. * Results orientation. * Adaptability and continuous learning.
