Supervise and guide the technical team on procedures and safety. We are an automotive workshop specialized in preventive and corrective maintenance of light vehicles. We are looking for an Automotive Technician who stands out for technical precision, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance and repair tasks ensuring high quality standards. * Conduct technical diagnostics using modern tools and equipment. * Organize and prioritize work orders to ensure optimal delivery times. * Supervise and guide the technical team on procedures, best practices, and safety. * Participate in complex repairs and provide technical support when required. * Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. * Prevent recurring failures and minimize rework through appropriate case-by-case analysis. **Requirements** * Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). * At least 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or technician. * Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating or leading teams. * Strong communication, leadership, and goal-oriented teamwork skills. * Knowledge of Japanese and Korean vehicles (preferred). * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics or Automotive Engineering. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Employee recognition programs and team-building activities. * Stable work environment with opportunities for professional development. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site
