Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Community Manager / Content Creator to enhance our social media presence and drive sales for an industrial company. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMMUNITY MANAGER / CONTENT CREATOR On-site work – Carabayllo Industrial company / metal structures At Metal Estructuras, we seek a creative, dynamic individual with a growth mindset to strengthen our social media presence and increase sales. We do NOT seek someone who only designs flyers. We seek someone who can genuinely grow the brand. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Create daily content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram \* Record videos at the factory and on construction sites \* Edit viral videos (CapCut, Canva, etc.) \* Generate content ideas and identify trends \* Post reels, stories, and TikToks \* Respond to messages and comments \* Coordinate campaigns and promotions \* Assist in lead generation REQUIREMENTS: \* Experience managing social media accounts \* Ability to record and edit dynamic videos \* Creativity and speed \* Basic knowledge of TikTok and Meta Ads \* Proactivity and desire to grow \* Preferred experience in commercial content WE VALUE MORE: \* Attitude \* Creativity \* Initiative \* Results Ideal for individuals passionate about content creation and committed to professional growth.
