Join the Resource Revolution! **Job Description** -------------------------- We are hiring a **Field Service Engineer** to perform installation, maintenance, and technical support activities to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: * Installing and commissioning machinery according to customer requirements. * Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, or performance issues on-site. * Performing preventive and seasonal maintenance before and after peak demand periods. * Dismantling and installing components such as shafts, motors, conveyors, and bearings. * Supporting equipment upgrades, testing, and improvements in collaboration with Engineering and R\+D. * Sharing field feedback to improve internal procedures and technical instructions. * Identifying and communicating follow-up opportunities to the sales team. * Using and maintaining company tools in good condition. * Providing guidance or training to customers and junior service technicians when required. * Ensuring customer concerns are addressed professionally and escalated appropriately.
