Join the Resource Revolution! **Job Description** -------------------------- We are hiring a **Field Service Engineer** to perform installation, maintenance, and technical support activities to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: * Install and commission machinery according to customer requirements. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or performance issues on-site. * Perform preventive and seasonal maintenance before and after peak demand periods. * Dismantle and install components such as shafts, motors, conveyors, and bearings. * Support equipment upgrades, testing, and improvements in collaboration with Engineering and R\+D. * Share field feedback to improve internal procedures and technical instructions. * Identify and communicate follow-up opportunities to the sales team. * Use and maintain company tools in good condition. * Provide guidance or training to customers and junior service technicians when required. * Ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally and escalated appropriately.
