Supervision of technical staff and handling of operational incidents **A leading company in the agroindustrial sector** is seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities at our plant in **Lurín**. Main Responsibilities * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Conduct field inspections and identify faults and opportunities for improvement. * Track the maintenance program. * Coordinate interventions and shutdowns with operational departments. * Supervise technical staff and verify completed work. * Respond to incidents and provide operational support. * Report requirements for spare parts, materials, and services. * Record activities, incidents, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements * Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; or bachelor's degree or graduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience in industrial maintenance**. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and coordination of technical staff. * Knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, mechanical, electrical, and/or electromechanical systems. * Knowledge of safety and maintenance planning. * ERP or maintenance software proficiency is desirable. * Availability to work **100% on-site at the plant**. Conditions * **Location:** Lurín, Lima. * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site. * **Working Hours:** 48 hours per week. * **Hiring Terms:** Honorarium receipts for the first three months, followed by formal employment under the general labor regime, subject to company-established conditions.
