




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and execute online and offline media strategies, coordinate agencies, and monitor marketing investments. Key Highlights: 1. Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Design online and offline media plans for various marketing campaigns. * Develop investment strategy and digital placement guidelines for Always-On social media content. * Execute annual media planning (media mix, contracts, rate cards, etc.). * Lead the media agency to organize the Statement of Work (SOW). * Manage media and partner relationships to identify opportunities that strengthen brand power. * Coordinate with the Media Holding team to implement the Media Excellence Action Plan locally. * Monitor media investments and industry benchmarking. * Coordinate with sponsors and brand endorsements. * Monitor media audits. * Monitor and track payment flows to media vendors. * Manage the creation and implementation of testing for digital campaigns. * Analyze and recommend media channels by campaign type. * Support and follow up on negotiations with ATL, BTL, and Digital media channels and vendors. * Manage the relationship with the media agency. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in Trade Marketing/Point-of-Sale within Retail, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunications, or related industries. * Knowledge of Digital Placement and Digital Sales (e\-commerce). * Experience designing Customer Journeys (physical and digital experiences) and developing B2B/corporate mailings. * Proficiency in designing and managing customer and commercial partner engagement strategies (third-party sales/alliances). * Competencies and skills: Proactivity; communication ability at all levels (fluency in interacting with diverse stakeholders); agile problem-solving capability. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
